Procedure:
- Prepare concrete by shot blasting to create a proper surface profile
- Pre-patch joints, cracks and spalled areas
- Grind patches flush with surface and wipe clean
- Apply primer using a flat squeegee
- While primer is wet, apply mortar and spread with a steel trowel until smooth and flat
- Apply a clear or pigmented epoxy topcoat for chemical resistance
