This self-leveling epoxy flooring system is for low abrasion showroom-type applications. It provides strength and long-lasting durability with an extremely smooth finish for high-class appeal. This system is most often used in showrooms or lobbies. Easy to maintain

Procedure:
- Existing concrete to be cured at least 60 days and moisture test prior to coating
- Diamond grind to remove existing thin film coating (if any) prior to prepping the concrete
- Prepare concrete by shot blasting to create a proper surface profile
- Pre-patch joints, cracks, and spalled areas with epoxy mortar

Grind patches flush with surface
- Apply Bond-Blend epoxy primer at 10 mils to surface to prevent gassing
- Apply 1 coat of Bond-Blend 100% solids, 3-part self-leveling epoxy at 40 – 50 mils with a squeegee and back roll with spike roller to release trapped air or gas and until level
- Apply an optional topcoat of clear Bond-Blend 2-part high solids urethane for exceptional chemical resistance, higher gloss and better cleanability
