1/16" Bond-Blendâ„¢ Epoxy Color Quartz Flooring System
This epoxy coated flooring system provides strength, long-lasting durability, enhanced slip-resistance and decorative appeal which is easy to maintain. Choose from several pre-mixed, color quartz blends or customize your own. The completed flooring system is seamless and can be installed with very little down time due to the low odor. Epoxy coated floors are chemical resistant and typically used on new or like-new floors with little to no damage and moderate traffic and/or minor assembly. Request more information

Procedure:
- Existing concrete to be cured at least 60 days and moisture test prior to coating
- Prepare concrete by shot blasting to create a proper surface profile
- Pre-patch joints, cracks, and spalled areas with epoxy mortar
- Grind patches flush with surface
- Apply thin Bond-Blend epoxy primer to surface to prevent gassing
- Apply 1 coat of Bond-Blend 100% solids, clear epoxy at 20 mils with a squeegee and back roll until level
- Broadcast dyed color quartz into wet epoxy until rejection
- Upon cure, sweep off excess quartz and lightly sand surface
- Apply a topcoat of clear Bond-Blend 100% solids epoxy sealer for chemical resistance
